1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using tempmail.fish, including the anonymous inbox service, the registered dashboard, or any premium features purchased through Stripe, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the service immediately.
2. Service Overview
tempmail.fish provides disposable email inboxes for receiving messages without sharing a personal address. Anonymous users can generate inboxes instantly, while registered users gain access to saved inbox history, custom aliases, and other dashboard features. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe and unlock additional retention and API limits.
3. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of your credentials, and promptly update any changes. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Premium Subscription
Premium access is offered as a monthly Stripe subscription. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel through your dashboard or Stripe customer portal. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise. We may adjust pricing with 30 days' notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, including engaging in fraud, infringing third-party rights, or violating applicable laws. Inboxes are strictly for receiving messages; tempmail.fish does not provide any outbound email functionality.
6. Message Handling
Disposable inboxes are ephemeral. Anonymous inbox messages may be purged at any time, and premium retention limits are described in the dashboard. You are solely responsible for exporting any content you wish to keep. We do not guarantee the delivery, storage, or continued availability of any message.
7. Privacy
We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy, including information required to operate anonymous inboxes, manage registered accounts, and process Stripe transactions. By using the service you consent to these practices.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, subscriptions, or inboxes for violations of these Terms or to comply with legal requests. Termination may result in deletion of associated content and access.
9. Disclaimers & Liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, tempmail.fish and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim, if any.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the website or email for registered users. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
